Can I buy the dress online?

We know how easy to order things online. However, we believe that each wedding dress is a masterpiece and should be created with the consultancy of professional. As a manufacturing company we encourage you to visit our retailers or contact the support team.

Where can I find Dovita dresses?

You may check the list of our flagship stores and retailers here. Or you may directly contact our support team in order to get assistance about finding the closest store to your location.  

What sizes are available? Do you have plus size collection?

We do not have a particular plus size collection. However, we produce our entire collection between sizes EUR 32-56 (US 4-28). For detailed size chart, you may visit our retailers or contact our support team.  

*Surcharges may occur for large sizes.

Can I order a dress by measurements?

We do production by measurements. However, this situation is under the control of the retailer you visit. If they accept the orders by measurement, we gladly make the dress for you.

How long does it take to receive my dress?

When your dress is ordered by authorized retailer, it takes 4-10 weeks to be delivered. The time frame might show differences depending on the design and season. The authorized retailer will provide you precise information about lead time.

Do you do alterations?

Yes, we do. Please mention about all changes you need when you visit our retailer stores. We can do any changes you request as long as it is applicable. If any surcharge occurs, the consultants at the stores will inform you about it.

Do you make matching veils?

Our premium line dresses come with a complimentary matching veil. For other dresses, ask for the assistance from retailer stores. They will provide you the information about availability and pricing.

How can I take care of my dress?

Wedding dresses are produced with quite gentle materials. So, you have to keep them away from humidity. You should not allow your dress to be exposed extreme cold and hot air conditions. About cleaning of your dress, we suggest you to get assistance from the retailer you purchased the dress from. Because different type of dresses have different cleaning instructions.
